Jennifer Stanzl

Head of Talent Management & D&I, UK&I, Tata Consultancy Services

Jennifer is an experienced HR leader having led key functions like Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership & Coaching and Diversity & Inclusion in a large, matrix organisation. Her expertise is to deliver value through impactful initiatives, focused towards a diverse workforce across UK and the world. Jennifer now works for Tata Consultancy Services as the Talent Management Head for UK & Ireland and is based in their London offices. In this role she looks after the talent management and diversity agenda . Before this role, she led the Talent Development function for TCS UK&I for 4 years. In her early career, Jennifer has worked in several different roles including Employee Engagement, Internal Communications and Corporate Sustainability. She also led the development of the executive women’s leadership programme for TCS globally. Before joining TCS in 2008, she worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Media & Communications at the University of Augsburg in Germany. Jennifer is especially proud of her team that has received numerous awards including Best Diversity & Inclusion Company 2018 by Waterside Technology, Top Employer 2019 by Top Employer Institute, and recognised as one of only 2% of UK companies to receive the ‘Investors in People – Gold Standard’. Recently, Jennifer was recognised on the top 50 Ally Executive 2019 list by OUTstanding and received the 'Learning Professional of Year' award from the Learning Institute. Originally from Germany, Jennifer has lived and worked across USA, Australia, India and UK. She is a qualified leadership coach from the Academy of Executive Coaching and a certified Agile Scrum Master. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational & Social Psychology from London School of Economics and a Bachelor Degree in Media & Communications. She is happily married, proud mother of a daughter and loves travelling and long distance running.

Purpose of group

Welcome to the Good Growth Community on Guild, this group has been set up for attendees of the Good Growth event to network, share experiences of their digital growth journey and share thoughts in between sessions and talks on the day of the event. We want this event to be the start of a community that supports each other beyond the event, to work through the challenges that come with the process of digital transformation and being a woman entrepreneur.
