Andrew‘s professional bio / interests
I lead the People Development team at the Met Office, enabling all things L&D for our staff (training, Performance Consultancy, Coaching & Mentoring, Communities of Practice, Competencies and more) and providing meteorological training to a range of external customers. Our team also includes Early Careers & Education Outreach and Organisational Development & Design. I have been at the Met Office for 11 years, prior to this I worked in FE and the Armed Forces.
