I've worked in recruitment most of my career either in front office or in the back doing more tech related roles. In my current role I'm responsible for the Development, Data Engineering and Data Governance departments. This covers a global remit and allows me to work with our product and project requests to ensure we provide sufficient resources and that we establish high quality standards and guidelines for our teams to follow.
