I currently work in Hereford Diocese, enabling churches to grow with all ages and leading a team of Intergenerational Missioners. I've been in youth, families and children's ministry for over 20 years and am passionate about intergenerational faith communities, fresh expressions and mentoring leaders across generations. I live in mid-Wales where I volunteer with girl guiding, story-telling and a local youth drop-in and enjoy being involved in anything creative and colourful.
