I have nearly 20 years' experience in communications and I’m based in Berkshire, UK. I founded Redefining Communications in 2017 and as a consultancy we work with clients around the world helping them go from chaos to calm. Before I set up Redefining Comms I was Director of Comms (U.K.) for a global pharmaceutical company and I’ve also worked as Global Head of Comms for a retail/hospitality FTSE250. I published my first book Influential Internal Communication in April 2021, The Field Report in December 2021 and I’m currently working on a new project. I have two podcasts: Redefining Comms with Jenni Field (15 min episodes) and Calm Edged Rebels which is a conversation with Advita Patel and Trudy Lewis (50 min episodes).
