I lead GSK's Early Talent participation in diversity focused initiatives for interns from Black Heritage backgrounds and those who have any type of disability. A Race Champion, employee resource group (ERG) site lead and LGBTQ+ ally, I actively seek to increase my knowledge and take action to advocate and support diversity focused activities. Additionally, I am a Board Trustee of the 93% Club state school network for social mobility and a gold level I Am Remarkable facilitator.
