My passion for nutritional science started when I was 12 years old, and led me through a highly rewarding career in nutritional science that has spanned 28 years. As an AfN registered nutritionist and BANT registered nutritional therapist, I am passionate about bringing nutritional science to experts and consumers alike. As Director of Communications for the Health Food Manufacturer’s Association, I have my finger on the pulse of multiple areas within the nutritional arena including regulatory, technical, marketing and PR. After many years in the comms arena, both as an editor, and PR consultant, I now head the HFMA comms team, supporting members across manufacture and retailing of nutritional products in the UK and abroad.
