I am currently a psychology student and working as a call handler for NHS24 I am a keen team player but love nothing more than being challenged, and driving positive change on a daily basis. When doing this I always look for the end goal, and have consideration on how my solution will affect the wider business. I regularly talk to stakeholders at all levels, and constantly give 100% at all times. I love supporting people to be the best version of themselves and believe any support requires a holistic person centred approach where people are guided and supported in their own solutions and success.
