Global Transformation Lead, I work on projects across all business functions to transform our effectiveness and excellence and make sure that the experience of our members, partners, followers and subscribers is always at its best and being evolved. This includes; digital transformation & evolution, ensuring our events, content and communications all have the best impact possible, optimisation of internal systems and processes, working alongside our international boards and events team to ensure we are delivering world class events in all locations. Leading on and developing our world class England Awards ensuring we are continuously at our best to reward and recognise the value and importance of marketing to businesses and looking at how we expand this globally.

This is my third time at The Society, I started as an Administration Assistant (far too many years ago to mention) and they keep letting me come back to take on more and more exciting projects :-)
