Hello I'm William, I have just completed my second year in Media & Communications at Swansea University. I have a passion for communications, and to work on projects that I can dive into creatively, and to shape and change opinions and narratives. I am also particularly interested in both music, and photography as a means of self-expression and creative fulfillment!

Gaining valuable skills for the Marketing sector such as SEO and SEM, as well as working with CRM and CMS, and to develop skills in copy-writing.

Managed to navigate France, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium and The Netherlands in two weeks and still managed to find time to relax!

Navigating Beaujolais Day with 100+ bookings at a Spanish Restaurant and successfully on-boarded and delivered excellent client service to over 200 customers throughout the shift. Alongside this, I aided customers queries and helped guide guests to their tailored experience. I also managed the POS and CRM system to ensure there was no errors with providing the best experience for the customers in the busy environment.
