I work mainly as a professional photographer, but also as an editor, video & audio producer, and a few other things. I spent a long time before that working on technology issues in government.

The more I know about what people like, and don't like, about professional photography, the better it gets for all of us. Always, always up for chats about the subject, particularly the tricky stuff around privacy, rights, and commercial models.

I'm one of only a handful of people to have won The Weakest Link on TV. Twice.

In 2021 The Oscars was held, not only in LA as usual, but with a live linked hub in London. I was asked to lead the photography there for the Academy. So, thanks to COVID, I got to be the photographer for the actual Academy Awards.
