Monika‘s professional bio / interests
Fascinated by human behaviour and how this impacts the workplace's day-by-day activity bias.
How does the work community bias affect the level of achievements, and how so many are not even aware of this?
I’d like help with…
The impact of unfair treatment in the workplace can impact tremendously our future mental health.
We feel awful, we tend to self-blame, we close ourselves and rarely communicate with the outside world only because we are afraid to open up again after unfair treatment.
Because of my sensitivity and ability to spot things from body language, I'm able to build back the confidence, self-motivation and worthiness in order to show yourself that you are able to stand up, you are able to study, improve your skills and to show that you became better than you were before.
This is the best revenge to show them that you are not staying in the low vibration generated by their unfair treatment.
I love what I do! :)
An interesting, or unusual fact(s) about me…
Because I'm passionate about Business Psychology, research-based and facts related to what makes a smooth day-by-day running,
I have the sensitivity to spot what's going wrong and try to figure out a solution for it.
I get many times in trouble for this because I say it straight away out, but I realised that in the world I will find a company which will appreciate this skill set and will turn it into an advantage for growth.
