Ethics issues and awareness within the public relations industry and also targeted externally across disciplines... No one is perfect (especially me), and being an ethics advocate should never be about implying one's own perfection. But if we don't at least try to raise PR industry standards, we will continue to be a misunderstood, under-compensated, and economically challenged industry performing under its full potential... considered by many to be a pink-collared ghetto.

I'm the only person in the history of the Public Relations Society of America to be inducted as a PRSSA National Hall of Fame honoree, a recipient of the PRSA National David Ferguson Award bestowed by the PRSA Educators Academy, and a PRSA Fellow, then kicked out four years later for asking questions publicly as a whistleblower about PRSA National's documented financial discrepancies and other ethics / legal violations, not to leadership's liking.
