Kevin‘s professional bio / interests
I am a purpose-led senior lawyer and ethics and compliance executive. I have gained experience working across non-profits, quasi-governmental organizations, at a regulator, in law firms, SMEs and at a global public listed company. I have been fortunate to have lived and worked in the UK, China, Hong Kong, Russia and the United States as well as traveling extensively across Europe and Asia where I gained deep insights into the shift towards human leadership and the demand for business to align their purpose with making the world a better place – for everyone. Human leadership and purpose are intersecting at a moment in time when the world needs it most. I am passionate about helping build positive work cultures with strong climates of integrity, and supporting companies become truly diverse and inclusive.
I’d like help with…
My purpose is to use my skills to help people and organizations make the world a better place. I get out of bed to help organistaions build sustainable cultures around purpose, people, and realising the power of diversity through equity and inclusion. As the founder of Diversity X, I'm interested in speaking with (i) tech founders focused on addressing issues in the DE&I space, (ii) underrpresented founder teams of purpose driven companies (particularly around climate), and (iii) investors keen to support making the world a better place.
An interesting, or unusual fact(s) about me…
Got into running late but looks like my first two marathons will be London in 2021 and then New York in 2022. Oh and Paul Merson once asked me while I was walking pitch side at Highbury (I worked there on match days) if I’d like to caddy for him - I said no as I didn’t understand golf.

GB
A career highlight
Helping instigate a definite DE&I push in my current employer. Through also working with executives we are utilizing the ethics and compliance program to drive culture change which will support a DE&I strategy and ESG push. This has taken years!
