Founder of Purposa. Primarily worked in brand, comms and digital roles for and with large companies like Epson, RELX and Informa, and a number of tech or media startups and growth companies like Contagious and Avora. At Purposa we apply data, behavioural science and advanced technology to codify and consistently identify job applicants with a better organisation purpose and values match. We see purpose as the reason the organisation exists, its values and beliefs, and most importantly its concrete commitments, actions and impact. The Purposa team past experience includes building an enterprise AI analytics platform that gained £MM investment, revenue and major brand clients.
