I left a big corporate job in 2019 to start a marketing agency and spent quite a while trying to do what everyone else was doing the way that they were doing it. But after months stuck in a one bed flat during a global pandemic (#thankscorona), I realised the clients we got most excited about, were the ones a little bit like us! People that are starting something from the ground up and want a helping hand to make it the best it can possibly be. So, now we don't worry about anyone else and instead are here to help small businesses and start-ups make their marketing make sense. We're amazing at building brands, creating stellar reputations through PR, and supporting you to create content marketing that you audience want to see. And if you need something else, we can point you in the direction of a lovely bunch of marketers, freelancers and agencies who all believe, like us, we do better when we support one another. What about GREENHOUSE then? I speak to small business owners and startup founders every day, and I quickly realised that all of us are worrying about the same things. So, in 2021, I had an idea to run a half day workshop for local businesses to see if we could collaborate and support each other. But like most things worth doing, it quickly escalated and in November 2021 GREENHOUSE presented Jersey's first small business conference with 110 attendees, 6 expert speakers, 2 headliners, and a rather fancy potato packing factory as our venue! Now we're building our community through the GREENHOUSE Membership and planning for a bigger and better event in 2022.
