I work with organisations to enrich opportunities to develop their people to be the best they can be. With over 30 years experience of supporting clients in public, private, and charitable sectors, I provide consultancy services and courses in the UK and US. My passion is People Skills with my niche being - equity, diversity, and inclusion matters: reviewing policy and working practices, designing, and facilitating learning programmes, and drawing on my experiences as a Lay Panel Member of Employment Tribunals (Discrimination). I was highly commended for my work on EDI by the Institute of Directors, is an IoD Ambassador for Diversity and I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I also coach C-Suite, Boards, and aspiring leaders through challenging conversations to achieve their personal and business aspirations. I chair the Norfolk Race Equality and Human Rights Association and recently chaired a husting for the Police and Crime Commissioner elections. I am a Trustee for a group of school academies and a school governor. Why do I do this? I believe in *Accentuating the Positive and Releasing the potential* …. and I do exactly that!
