I currently work as an Equality, DIversity and Inclusion Manager at POhWER. Previously I was an Independent Advocate supporting people within Mental Health, Social Care and Community settings. I am also a host of an international show, Black Mental Health Matters, which aims to raise awareness and support for global Black communities about issues that directly impact us. I am a Self Care Solutionist, helping clients to build emotional resilience who bare battling to manage with all of life's hardships through self care tips, self care tools and self help strategies. This is thorough a variety of empowerment exercises, self exploration/contemplative workshops, exploring techniques for emotional regulation, offering advice and practical support, SMART goal and action setting and so much more.
