I currently work as an Independent Advocate within Mental Health and Social Care. I am educated to Masters level in Clinical and Community Psychology, with over 12 years of experience in Mental Health, Youth work in Practice, Care and Support work and Early Years. The best bit - I am also the mother to a highly talented budding graphic designer. I spend my weekends volunteering at a young women's charity called The Womanhood Academy which aims to equip young women with the practical and emotional tools for womanhood, something that is very dear to me. I am a Self Care Solutionist, helping clients build on their self efficiency and self development through providing emotional resilience tools for individuals who bare battling to manage with all of life's hardships. This is thorough a variety of empowerment exercises, self exploration/contemplative workshops, exploring techniques for emotional regulation, offering advice and practical support, SMART goal and action setting. I use my gifts to help others cultivate and create their own healing practices through defining their own mediums.
