Hi I’m Sebastian Wilson, a serial Change Executive, throughout my career I have set out to lead the transformation of businesses, products, and services. I’m an advocate of Innovation through technology and experienced in multiple industries to delivering technology solutions and achieve successful business ambitions. I’m a communicator at heart, that enjoys creating lasting relationships throughout the business to focus on the mission. Whether Startup incubator or multinational my attitude is the same, to bring the right people together to overcome the issues at hand, as there isn’t anything better than celebrating success and learning through our failures. Working smart is key for me with a strong dose of fun; Laughter is necessary! I’m a finisher with a ‘can do’ attitude that works tirelessly to understand my client’s commitments and culture. I have a degree in Computer Science and Business Studies from Brunel University as well as a being certified Project Management and Product Management.
