I have worked within the HR/Training/Recruitment arena for many years. I fell into recruitment, headed into training and then diversified into HR. I am very much a people person. Outside of work I have 2 step children, both boys. We have a dog and a horse, both rescues. I am a trained riding instructor, that was my dream job, not sure how I have ended up in HR but I feel blessed that I have.
