A career highlight
Aside from playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of several learning technology companies (business development, consultancy, team building, board representation), having the opportunity to innovate and build one of the first learning transfer apps - Retenda.com - that addresses the enormous waste of resources poured into training programmes that simply don't stick or change behaviour. The experience from startup to burnout has been invaluable - lots of wisdom to share.
