Victoria's professional bio / interests

Only 18% of women globally make it to the C-Suite. I am one of these women. I have worked as a C-Level Executive for an education charity and have significant experience leading large, diverse teams and global programs for some of the world’s largest organisations, including Amazon and Marriott. I am a proud feminist, a firm believer in purpose over profit and the power of collaboration. I am passionate about supporting and helping individuals and organisations fix the enduring underrepresentation of women in leadership. I run a women in leadership business group for Awards International, where I am also a seven-time judge. As a non-Executive Director of a multi-academy trust I am passionate about learning and development. A key goal of Amandla Ubuntu is to support under-privileged women in South Africa and help them set up their own businesses, allowing them to become self sufficient. I am a firm and passionate believer in diversity and equality and feel that education is an integral part of this and helps contribute to a more stable and resilient society.
