Hi, I'm Natallia Robertson and I'm the Founder of Artemis Group Consulting, an innovative bilingual business, HR and Coaching Consultancy. I have been working in HR and supporting people in business for over 25 years. In 2020 I started my own consulting practice that partners with businesses to help them get the most from their people. I enjoy the challenge of helping business leaders achieve success by treating employees ethically and motivating them so that the business develops a reputation as an Employer of the Choice.Outside work, I have a keen interest in fly fishing. I also enjoy attending a variety of HR and Business branch events as this gives me the opportunity to network with others bringing extra knowledge and expertise into an organisation.

I am a big lover of birds and dogs. I have a cockapoo , called Sooty. Sooty possesses bilingual skills. In other words,I speak to my dog English-Russian and she easy understands both languages.
