I started my career in management consulting, after five years I wanted to use the skills I'd developed to tackle some of society's most critical problems. I completed a social innovation postgraduate course at Year Here where I spent six months working in a pupil referral unit in Tower Hamlets. During this time I noted that social and environmental change was in need of a catalyst and I identified businesses as having untapped resources that could support the communities they operate within in ways that would genuinely move the needle. Impactful gives me the ability to work with businesses and identify what they care about and how they can affect real change to communities, people, and the environment.
