As an educator my goal was to find the talents of the young people and encourage them to fulfil their ambitions, a responsibility I have worked to achieve as a school leader with staff as well, I have seen many from newly qualified teachers ascend to headship in their own rights. Having been in leadership roles in several charities I have sought to achieve a similar goal. In addition I have been involved in many school governing bodies along the way at all levels of the educational experience, primary, secondary and further education.
