Lucky enough to have worked in some fantastic sectors including digital/tech, FMCG, professional services, utilities and currently in the wonderful world of advanced manufacturing as Group Head of HR at Walker Filtration, part of the Atlas Copco Group. I am Council Member and proud Chair of the Women's Leadership Forum at the North East England Chamber of Commerce - driving diversity and gender equality in business across the North East. Powered by creating cultures that build great places to live, work & learn - and passionate about partnering to bridge the gap between education and employment - I joined the Board at Hartlepool College of Further Education in 2021.
