Raymond is currently the Value Creation Lead at Pavilion Capital, focused on business research, overseas expansion support and strategy advisory for portfolio companies, and is focused on the Japan market. Pavilion Capital is an investment company based in Singapore. Formed in 2012, Pavilion Capital is wholly owned and funded by Temasek. Temasek is an investment company headquartered in Singapore with offices in Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America. As at 31 March 2021, Temasek has a portfolio of S$381b. Guided by a diverse board, the management of Pavilion makes decisions independently of Temasek. Prior to moving to the PE space, Raymond spent nearly a decade as an advisory professional on infrastructure and PPPs (Public-Private Partnerships), foreign investments and international development at PwC, Deloitte and Accenture. Raymond holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Cornell University where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Osaka University, Japan, where he was a a Japanese Government Scholar.
