Nicky's professional bio / interests

I'm Nicky, I live in Bristol with my family having moved over from Bath several years ago. I'm an author of many books, a speaker on international stages and together with my Co Director Sharon help people and organisations with their health, wellbeing and development. We also have a publishing house, so life is busy and fun! I had a stroke through stress 11 years ago and thankfully made a full recovery. I cook very badly, love fitness and the odd crazy challenge!
