I am the learning content lead for CIPD L&D and Organisation Design and Development products, from our free to members Essential Insights through to our new (March 2022) Accredited Programmes. Having worked in a range of corporate L&D and HR teams and a spell as a Lean Engineer, I have worked for the CIPD since 2014. I am the co-author of the 4th Edition of Learning and Development Practice in the Workplace and have been commissioned to co write "Looking Beyond: Learning Through Adjacent Communities" with my colleague Steve George - scheduled launch Nov 2022
