I've worked in social housing for an age and now lead an organisation which aims to give people more control of the thingd that matter to themat home, in their neighbourhood or comunity. We host the community led housing hub for London, support housing co-ops to run their homes and own around 750 social rented homes.

..... still doing a lot of learning so keen to work with others on that journey - helping to embed meaningful change in my organisation and in my own behaviours.

I am borderline obssessed with the work of an American researcher called Brene Brown who works on shame, vulnerability, leadership and all things human.

my best moments have been watching young people work in our teams and find their passion
