I started writing last year, for the first time in a number of years. I stopped work to become a full time carer, so now I'm not thinking about work, I can think about characters and plotlines. I am entering competitions to break myself in gently to rejection.

I am working at honing and developing my writing craft. I am hoping to find & offer mutual support with others in a similar position. I'd love to find beta readers, and would happily do the same for others.

When I was a child my grandad used to get betting tips by getting me to tell him what I saw in his crystal ball.

Its very early days for me writing regularly so my achievements are still very small ones. In a recent twitter pitch party for E W Literary Agency my pitch was liked, which tells me my novel idea is potentially broadly saleable - even if my writing might not be (yet).
