Hi, I'm Simon. I'm an internal communications, change and engagement consultant, and President Elect for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) UK & Ireland chapter. Since 2007 I've worked with a diverse range of global and multinational organisations in 19 countries across three continents. My broad experience means I’ve seen a whole range of internal communications, change and engagement challenges, from business transformations and office moves, to system implementations, regulatory changes and crisis communications. What's more, you can rest assured that when you choose me, you get me - along with access to all the knowledge, energy and enthusiasm that you can expect from a trusted advisor. So what can you expect from me? I start by taking the time to get to know you and your organisation, to really understand your unique challenges. Then I work with you to solve them. I’m collaborative in my approach and equally comfortable working independently or fitting into an existing communications team.
