Started with Equinox June 2000. Got Yoga Instructor Certification in 2002, Mat Pilates, in 2004, PN Lvl 1 in 2009, Level 2 in 2020 with loads of other workshops and courses in between. Be curious and always be learning. (Currently working at NYC Health and Hospitals as a Public Health Advisor as well.)
