I am a knowledge management, online community, internal communication, and social learning professional who has built and run various online communities / enterprise social networks over the years, both internal (employee) and external. I co-lead the Chicago Online Community Professionals community of practice and teach a class called Creating and Sharing Knowledge in the MS in Learning and Organizational Change program at Northwestern University.
