Sourced and commercialised 3 innovations by transforming internal successful digital tools into consulting models covering knowledge management in pharmaceuticals and minerals, digital transformation for eCitizen and subscription based B2B and B2C eCommerce. Recovery, Growth and Transformation Successfully designed, led and delivered transformative commercial, operational & capital programmes, with a P&L of £4bn+ in multiple contexts. Established a record of portfolio rationalisation (2), strategy and innovation (8), TOM transformation (3) and projects/programmes (28). Portfolio Leadership, Governance and Engagement Managed joint-venture partners and participated at board level across cultural and political borders, navigating challenges and difficulties diplomatically by building confidence and trust. Led portfolio and programme rationalisation assuring value through governance and collaborative delivery of outcomes by providing independent counsel and constructive challenge to boards, committees and P3M leaders. I am a Chartered project professional (APM ChPP), Chartered Manager (CMI CMgr), Grove visioneering facilitator and Lead Assessor for the project management and data analyst Standard at both chartered and NVQ Level 4 and 6. I am also a Lead Assessor for the Major Project Leadership Certificate.
