Hi There! I am Jay, a community builder and a SaaS Marketer. I started off my career as a Cognos developer in StateFarm Insurance,Illinois and moved back to India and switched my career from dev to B2B marketer. I love upwork and did some cool projects there as a Content writer and then moved into Social Media Marketing for SaaS companies. Currently I am also a co-author of Community Builders Guide (along with Ronald and Jeph) and part of many online communities. Apart from work, I like to take short vacations on road trips to the mountains!
