I am a member of one of the fastest growing societies of my university, King’s Business Club, where I currently hold the position of Human Resources Operations Associate since August 2021. My role is to evaluate my colleagues’ performance and guide them to optimise the society’s efficiency. I conduct performance reviews of all members from associates to the president. Thanks to the versatility of my position, it is not uncommon for me to partake in other tasks within the Human Resources Department but outside of my designated role. Those tasks include event planning and alumni search, for instance.
