I am the Chief-of-Party at Kasei OAK Foundation and AP OAK Social Enterprise in Ghana. Until December 2019, I was also the Special Assistant to the President & Provost of the Heritage Christian University College with responsibility for strategy and special projects focused on student enterprise development. In between I worked as the Senior Administrative Manager at the West Africa office of DRA Global, a diversified international engineering, project delivery, and operations management group, headquartered in Australia. Since graduating from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor’s degree, I have dedicated most of my professional life to development work, principally in education, professional development, and entrepreneurship of young persons. I have also gained valuable work experience in commercial business development and social enterprise start-ups. My areas of expertise are administrative leadership, strategic management, Project Management & implementation, business development, and client services. I also have extensive experience managing donor-funded projects, with specific responsibility for technical advisory, access-to-finance, marketing management, business development, incubation as well as monitoring and evaluation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Ghana and a master’ Degree in Organizational Leadership and Governance from the University of Ghana Business School and am currently a final year student at the University of Buckingham studying MSc. Management in a Digital Service Economy.
