My passion for working with adolescents and young adults stems from the belief that such years are crucial to the development of healthy emotional coping strategies and habits. I strive to create a safe space for my clients to express themselves without fear of judgment or reprimand, as well as providing the tools and strategies to help them process their emotions and cope with their stress. I have gained significant experience working with adolescents suffering from anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body-image issues, self-harm, substance abuse, and grief and loss.
