A career highlight

Building moderation guidelines & continuously researching & building filters and block on a large-scale job market board that experienced a huge increase in data collection & fraudulent job offers resulting from Covid. Policies also needed to be continuously improved as unemployed communities became more vulnerable to potentially dangerous job posts.
