I have been involved in digital marketing since 1994; back in those days we could get everyone in London who was involved in digital marketing into one pub - how things have changed! While I remain very interested in digital marketing strategy, over the years I have also worked in customer experience, cyber security, AI and digital governance. My main area of activity at the moment is online ethics and preventing online harms.
