New to hospitality since 2020. Currently have 3 sites - 2 small hotels and one restaurant. Previous background was Corporate IT which has helped imbed processes and systems so that the business success can be measured/changed easily. Im a very service and people driven person which pays dividends with staff teams and customers. Need all the help I can get and every day is a learning day!
