Jon is the founding director of Perceptronix Ltd, a small company providing data science and machine learning services to the financial industry. Prior to founding Perceptronix Ltd in November 2018, Jon built a strong reputation over the previous 18 years in academic leadership and scholarly activity, predominantly as a Quality Manager and Principal Lecturer in Computer Science at Nottingham Trent University (NTU). During his time at NTU, he taught subjects such as Systems Analysis and Design, Database Design, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to both undergraduate and post-graduate students.
