I have been working in payroll and benefits since 1992, working in a variety of roles including overseas assignments for Tesco. Listed in the Reward300 for the past four years, I love what I do. My current role at SUEZ means I am responsible for HR Systems, Pensions, Payroll and Reward, which is both challenging and satisfying, especially with the ever-changing world of remuneration. I have led the expansion of SUEZ’s benefits portfolio, partnering with a variety of companies to help employees understand and improve their financial wellbeing, leading to several industry recognised awards. I also work for the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) as a tutor, in my spare time, supporting students in the foundation degree in payroll management, and as an examiner since 2012. Working in the HR industry is a lot of fun and very rewarding. I believe it’s important to attend events - both online and face to face - for networking with like-minded professionals.

I have been on TV! I was on 'Come Dine With Me', filmed in 2016 and also a game show called 'Double Cross' in early 2000's.
