Led the transformation of a Fortune 50 North American Home Improvement Retailer Client's Stores from a 15 year old IVR to Conversational AI in 4 months with first 30 stores and to remaining 1800 over next 5 months in 2021. Heaviest lift technically, operationally and psychologically. The human side of things were the hardest especially in the middle of the pandemic; the overall experience was very fulfilling.
