I'm a CIPR Chartered PR Practitioner, recovering journalist, former consultant, now Head of Comms in Housing. I spent 16 years (on and off) working in radio for the BBC as a presenter / producer in the regions. I decided i needed a change of pace and spent a few years in Media Training and Communications Consultancy, for clients in the UK, Europe and Middle East. I came to rest in the UK Social Housing Sector and found my home - supporting brilliant teams who are changing lives.

Fun answer? Interviewing Chris De Burgh and asking "Do you ever get sick of 'Lady in Red' because, lord knows, I do?" He laughed a lot. Actual real answer? Working in Social Housing means every day is a highlight. I have the privilege of supporting colleagues helping some of the most disadvantaged people who are leading chaotic and unmanageable lives. I get to feel like the work my team and I do really matters.
