Lydia is Head of Product Delivery at UK TOTE GROUP as well as a freelance Agile Transformation Coach & Trainer. Lydia has 8+ years experience of helping businesses deliver top quality products to their customers and specialises in Digital Transformations and business Agility. Having had experience across several styles of implementation including Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe Lydia prefers to take a holistic view of Agility based on individual needs of the business. Previously heading up the Delivery team at Tech Nation Lydia is passionate about helping other understand digital operations and development pipelines. She is also a Coach & Mentor on the Enterprise City Exchange Programmes for digital tech founders.
