I lead People Teams in start-up, scale-up, tech companies. Most of which have been challenger brands where there has been a passion to be different & innovative, not just the “new kid on the block”. • Fintech, Intralinks, recruitment and talent focused role building out their EMEA and APAC teams. (Post IPO) c400 employees • Fintech, Elevate, Sequoia Capital backed, Consumer Finance grew from 15 from 120 in 12 months while leading Strategy, TA, Culture, EVP, Structure (OD) & Performance. • FMCG/Fintech, Consumer Goods. Grew from 6000 to 7000 employees responsible for HR strategy, business partnering and creation of their consumer credit platform (competitor to Klarna). 120 in the HR Team. • Martech, RepsonseTap, Lead the people team to rewire and re-energise the business preparing for a sale. c95 FTE . Sold to a competitor, Infinity. PE backed. (Eden and Beringea) • Legaltech, Corsearch a carve-out (from Wolters Kluwer) to establish a stand-alone digital business for brand and IP protection tech products. Key focus on Structure, Talent Acquisition, Talent, EVP, Culture and Performance. c375 employees. PE backed (Audax Capital) • Biotech, Vertex, responsible for their EMEA and LTAM emerging market Talent Acquisition Strategy. C450 employees. I’ve had other roles in Financial Services, Investment Management and Management Consulting to acquire the Policy, Risk, Controls and Governance experience.
