I am NetSuport’s community engagement manager. I focus on providing value for our customers beyond our products and help to build NetSupport as a trusted company. I actively engage with customers and organisations we work with. I am the creative lead and editor of our free online education magazine R.I.S.E. Magazine; I manage ReallySchool, our product for primary and early years; and I host the Of Primary Importance podcast, covering all things primary and EYFS. I’m a member of the Global Equality Collective, a Global EdTech author and a Technocamps GiST role model. Formerly, I was a primary school teacher and prior to that a TA and HLTA.
