I have long been interested in leadership and the relationship with Workplace Culture, and how both affect the wellbeing of individuals and has experience in both coaching and mentoring, particularly younger people, both within the military and outside of it. I have had a portfolio career, giving huge breadth of experience and have exceptional soft skills.

I am 'University of Life' educated, having spent a number of years travelling in more remote parts of the world and learning different cultures and facing challenges. I'm sure I learnt more than I would have in academia, but I've lost the piece of paper that says I'm qualified.
